About this website

This website is published by ClinStat Research (معهد كلينستات للأبحاث والدراسات). Its content describes our services and sets out general methodological guidance for clinical researchers.

Content is guidance, not a substitute for review of your study

The methodological and statistical material on this site — the method pages, checklists and standards — is general educational content. It is written carefully, but it cannot account for the specifics of your data, design or regulatory context. It is not clinical advice, and it does not replace a proper review of your own study by a qualified statistician. Decisions about your research remain yours and your institution's.

What we do and do not promise

• We deliver the scope agreed in writing for each project, to the quality standard described on this site.
• We do not guarantee publication, acceptance by any journal, grant funding, or any particular statistical result. Those depend on editors, reviewers and the data.
• We will not produce analyses designed to reach a predetermined conclusion, and we will not omit results that are unwelcome.
• Authorship follows ICMJE criteria. We do not accept authorship we have not earned, and we do not produce work for submission as someone's unaided output.

Your responsibilities as a client

• Data supplied to us must be lawfully collected, appropriately consented, and de-identified.
• Ethics approval and trial or review registration are your responsibility; we assist with the methodological sections but cannot obtain approvals on your behalf.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the source data you supply. Our validation identifies what can be identified from the dataset; it cannot recover information that was never collected.

Intellectual property

The text, design and graphics on this website belong to ClinStat Research. You are welcome to quote or cite our published guidance with attribution and a link. Analysis code and outputs delivered as part of a project belong to the client under the terms of that project's agreement.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any project is limited to the fees paid for that project. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
