What this website collects

This website does not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels or third-party analytics. It stores nothing about you in a database, and it does not create an account for you.

The contact form on the contact page does not submit anything to a server. It assembles the details you type into a WhatsApp message that opens in your own WhatsApp client, which you then choose to send or not. Nothing is transmitted until you send that message.

Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of that request. If your institution requires fonts to be self-hosted, tell us and we will change it.

Where the site is hosted, the hosting provider may keep standard server access logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL) for security and operational purposes. We do not use those logs to profile visitors.

What we collect when you contact us

When you message us on WhatsApp or call, we hold what you send: your name, contact details, and whatever you tell us about your project. WhatsApp messages are handled under WhatsApp's own terms and encryption. We use this information only to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the work.

Research data

Research data supplied to us for analysis is handled under these principles:

• We work with de-identified data. Please do not send patient-identifiable information.
• Data is used only to deliver the agreed project, and is never shared outside the project team.
• We will sign a confidentiality or data-handling agreement before receiving data, and are happy to work under your institution's own agreement.
• Data is retained only as long as the project requires, and is deleted on request.
• Datasets are never reused for other clients, for our own publications, or for training any model.

Your rights

You may ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Contact us on WhatsApp by email at admin@clin-stat.com, or by phone on +20 100 163 8864, and we will action it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version will be published on this page with a new date.
